eBaskat is a print-on-demand platform based in Ireland, offering customized products including apparel, accessories, packaging, and promotional items. Our goal is to provide sellers, businesses, and individuals with easy access to eco-friendly, personalized printing solutions.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, we kindly ask you not to use our services.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or purchasing products:

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Ireland and internationally.

3. Orders and Customization

All products are printed on demand based on the artwork, designs, or text submitted by the customer.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the design or content uploaded does not infringe on copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately. Therefore, cancellations or modifications may not be possible after confirmation.
Colors, sizes, and product finishes may vary slightly from previews shown online due to screen settings and printing methods.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise and include VAT where applicable.
Payments must be completed at checkout through the available payment methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other approved options).
eBaskat reserves the right to update pricing, promotions, or discounts at any time without prior notice.
Any additional customs duties or import taxes outside of Ireland are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled through our network of local and international printing partners.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary based on production schedules, location, and courier delays.
eBaskat is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping fees are displayed before checkout and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are customized, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the order placed.
Customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving their order to request a return, exchange, or refund.
Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue may be required to process claims.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued through the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, trademarks, and branding of eBaskat remain the exclusive property of eBaskat and may not be used without prior written consent.
Customers retain ownership of the designs and artwork they upload but grant eBaskat a non-exclusive license to use, print, and reproduce the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders.
You agree not to upload or submit content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

eBaskat strives to provide high-quality products and services, but we cannot guarantee that our platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eBaskat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.
Our liability for defective products is limited to repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

10. Termination
