Returns Policy

  • The products can be returned within Seven days after they have been received if the products have any problem (eg: Product quality issues/Unsatisfactory products/Wrong item/Size problem/Colour/ problem /, etc.)
  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewellery, and accessories
  • If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service first. Returns will not be accepted without prior discussion and approval and the buyer is responsible for return costs.
  • Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept any refund items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  • Items with non-refundable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept returned items that were returned without requesting a proper return
  • We do not offer freight to collect (FTC) services for packages returned to us. Returns will be made at your own cost.
  • Please promise to double-check before sending your return. We are not responsible for the return of products not purchased from our store.
  • Please send the item (s) to us via local post office instead of express services like DHL, UPS, TNT and FedEx. By choosing one of the fast delivery options described above, you can accept import duty and delivery may be delayed due to duty clearance. We will only arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Order Not Received

If your item does not arrive within 30 days (within 45 international days) after you place the order, please contact customer service and we will take care of you immediately.

For example, shipping times may be longer for specific countries such as Canada, Australia and the EU. We are currently working to provide fast shipping time for all our customers worldwide, but we do not have an estimated date for when it will be activated.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible if a package is missing, incomplete, or inaccurate due to information about the wrong destination. We try our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with each customer in the order confirmation sent as soon as the order is placed. Expenses for redistributing the package will be borne by the customer. We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to not having a home address

Return Address

If you would like to return an item to the nearest return address, please contact our customer service. You will get a response as soon as possible.

Please do not send your return to the address of your original package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Refund Policy

  • Once your returned item is accepted and it complies with our return policy terms, we will refund you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Please Allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return for the process to happen
  • If you have not yet received your refund, check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the return is posted.
  • PayPal Refunds within 3-5 Business working Days.
  • Credit card refunds within 3-5 business working days. However bank processing may take 10-25 natural days to appear on your account.
